Rule 197
Obligation to keep central accounts

(1) In accordance with this regulation, the district development committee and the authority sending office shall keep the central account by taking details from the relevant office and the office of the controller of funds and accounts.
(2) Within thirty-five days after the end of the financial year, such accounts shall be submitted by the District Development Committee to the Ministry and by the office sending the authority to the Comptroller General's Office.
